When a student reaches Level 6, Black Mesa Global extends a rare opportunity: becoming a Junior Associate with the authority to independently teach Levels 1-3. They plan, deliver, and manage live lessons — not simulations.

What the Role Includes
Paid Teaching Opportunities
This role includes paid teaching work. Junior Associates earn real income by teaching Levels 1–3, gaining early financial independence and real work experience that strengthens future CVs and opportunities.
Mentorship of Younger Students
Junior Associates support Apprentices, Analysts, and Strategists, helping them master concepts, projects, and communication skills. This leadership experience is invaluable.
Classroom Leadership & Facilitation
Students practice facilitating discussions, managing small groups, and ensuring that younger students stay engaged and on track — developing executive presence early.
Curriculum & Project Support
Advanced students may help refine modules, test exercises, or support the development of new course material — working closely with Black Mesa’s core team.
Black Mesa Delegate Roles
Selected students represent Black Mesa at online events, debates, and collaborations — a rare early opportunity for public-facing leadership.
Cross-Level Coaching
